Tiger Woods has entered a not guilty plea following his rollover crash in Florida.
On Friday, Woods was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors of DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said at a press conference that Woods was "lethargic on scene" and did "exemplify signs of impairment." Woods' breathalyzer test came back clean, but, once at the jail, he refused to submit to a urinalysis test.
According to an affidavit obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday, upon searching Woods at the crash site, authorities found two white pills in his pants pocket, which were later identified as the opioid hydrocodone. Asked if he took prescription medication, Woods reportedly said, "I take a few."
Through his attorney on Tuesday, Woods requested a trial by jury in Marin County and waived his right to appear at next month's arraignment hearing.
Representatives for Woods did not immediately respond to **'s request for comment.

At approximately 2 p.m. on Friday, the legendary golfer was driving on Jupiter Island when his Land Rover hit a pressure cleaner truck and rolled over on its driver's side, with Woods being able to crawl out from the passenger side.
Woods appeared to have a leg injury, based off his "limping and stumbling," and his eyes were "bloodshot and glassy," according to the arrest affidavit. Woods allegedly told authorities that he did not consume alcohol before the crash but had taken his prescription medication earlier that day. Woods also said that he didn't see the truck ahead of him slow down because he was looking at his cell phone and changing the radio station.
Woods previously faced a DUI charge in 2017 after authorities discovered him unconscious at the wheel of a stationary vehicle. "I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved," he said in a statement at the time. "What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn't realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly."
After Woods checked into a rehab program for prescription drug addiction and pleaded guilty to reckless driving, the DUI charge was dropped.
