Americans love their F-150s. The Ford pickup trucks are officially the most popular used car in 28 U.S. states, according to a 2025 iSeeCars study. This model is particularly appealing in the South, and is the most popular used car in 10 Southern states including Louisiana, Texas and West Virginia.
In addition to the data provided in the original iSeeCars study, GOBankingRates sourced Edmunds to find the lowest dealer display price on 2025 used models for each state’s most popular car. Buyers on a budget will be pleased to hear it’s possible to find each used 2025 vehicle mentioned for under $40,000.
