Stacy Haiduk Shares Confidence Tips in Interview with Co-Star Sal Stowers

Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless star Stacy Haiduk is sharing personal advice about confidence and self-trust in a recent interview on social media.
Haiduk appeared on her Days of Our Lives co-star Sal Stowers’ social media series, Women to Women, where guests share advice and life lessons for future generations.
She began with a simple message: “Trust in your gut,” she said.
Haiduk elaborated on that idea, encouraging people to listen to their instincts. “That voice inside you that whether it’s good or bad, you need to take a moment, take a break, understand that you don’t have to say yes right away. Trust in that,” she said.
Her second piece of advice centered on what she called ‘know thyself.’ She explained, “knowing thy self takes a long time, it’s the journey of life that we have and its discovering things and trying new things and being bold out in the world.”
She added, “Being brave out in the world. Be yourself, but you only get to be yourself and know yourself when you take that step into the abyss.”
The beloved actress concluded, “So trust that it will all be there. Use your gut and be bold out there in the world.”

Haiduk recently thrilled fans by returned to The Young and the Restless as the iconic Patty Williams, following nearly a decade long absence from the role.
In an interview with TV Insider’s Stephanie Sloane, Haiduk explained that Days of Our Lives had made the decision to rest her character and had written her off canvas, allowing her to pursue other opportunities when The Young and the Restless reached out.
Haiduk also confirmed that she is open to returning to Days of Our Lives as Kristen Banks DiMera or her alter ego, Susan Banks, in the future.
