Sarah Jessica Parker is more than just a pretty face.

The Sex and the City and And Just Like That star is known for her stunning good looks and always-on-point style. But the actress and producer is also an avid reader who recently served on the judging panel for the 2025 Booker Awards, the most prestigious literary award in fiction.

Parker has been candid about the “agony” of choosing a winner this year, with the prize ultimately going to David Szalay for his critically acclaimed novel Flesh. An avid book lover and reader, Parker has worked her love of books and the library into many storylines in Sex and the City and its spinoff.

While anticipation grew for the Booker Prize winner’s reveal, Parker joined the nominees, judges, past winners, and publishing luminaries for Monday’s award ceremony and party. Never one to miss a chance to steal the show on the red carpet, Parker’s effortless beauty caught the attention of fans lauding her natural look and graceful aging.

“She looks beautifully natural,” noted one fan. Another added, “I love that she has aged naturally. That’s called life. She’s stunning.”

Another shared, “She is the most beautifully authentic woman—class, beauty, all of it.”

Sarah Jessica Parker on Aging

Parker, 60, has been outspoken about embracing the aging process and the pressure on women to look young. Parker shared with Howard Stern, “I really like looking at myself
I mean I think I’m fine,” and admitted she considered a facelift but ultimately passed, adding that she doesn’t judge women who opt for cosmetic procedures. She said:

“I do understand why people make the change because there is so much emphasis put on especially women’s looks.”

Judging by fans’ support of Parker’s red carpet appearance at the Booker Prize ceremony, whatever she’s doing (or not doing) is perfect.
