Hilton previously revealed in a February livestream that he was struggling with "the worst flu of my life"
Perez Hilton offered a glimpse into his recent hospital stay.
The media personality, 47, shared dramatic photos of himself in a Las Vegas hospital on his Instagram and Facebook on Saturday, March 21.
"March madness indeed! Have I got a story to tell," he captioned the posts.

The photos show Hilton wearing a hospital gown and bracelet on his arm while lying in a hospital bed. He was hooked up to multiple monitors in some of the pictures.
Other images show him with four scars on his stomach, a plastic tube in his nose and an oxygen mask.
One snap is of two balloons in the hospital room with positive messages, while another shows him holding hands with a woman who appears to be his mother, Teresita Lavandeira.
The post has garnered support from his loved ones, with actress Francia Raisa writing, "Wishing you a speedy recovery 🙏."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville wrote, "Oh my God, take care of yourself. I'll pray for you," and TV personality Meghan McCain wrote, "Hope you’re okay honey! 🙏."
Hilton later shared a video of clips of him at Southern Hills Hospital & Medical Center with a voiceover, saying, "Before I tell you all this saga that I went through soon, in full detail, I wanted to share something very important. When I moved to Las Vegas three years ago, I heard horror stories about the healthcare here, but I need to let everybody know that I went to Southern Hills Hospital and I received the best care there."

He continued to thank his doctors and nurses, calling the latter group “superstars,” and the blogger captioned his post, "You are angels, all of you at @southernhillshospitallv! 🙏."
Former The Girls Next Door star Holly Madison also commented on the video, "I hope you are ok ❤️."
Hilton responded to a different concerned comment on his video, stating that he will "share all the details" in a video on his YouTube channel on March 23.

It is unclear what caused the columnist’s hospital stay. But on Feb. 26, Hilton revealed that he was struggling with the flu in a livestream on YouTube, titled, "I Have Never Been Sicker Than This."
"I am exceptionally sick still. I talked about it earlier, I finally said what it is. It's the worst flu of my life. This is worse than when I had COVID," he said, explaining that he has experienced "nonstop fevers" for days.

"Yesterday, I thought I was getting better, and then by nighttime I regressed. The good news is, thank god, my doctor does telehealth visits and I was able to get a telehealth consultation," he said at the time.
Hilton lives in Las Vegas, where he moved to in 2023, with his kids and his mother, according a 2024 interview with Real Vegas Magazine,
