Georgia senator Jon Ossoff has said it is âamazing to watch this White House melt downâ over his comments about President Donald Trumpâs executive assistant Natalie Harp.
At a re-election rally at the weekend, the Democratic rising star said of Trump: âHe golfs and trades stocks. See, he doesnât want to do the job; he wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie to their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the Emir of Qatar.â
He was referring to the new Air Force One plane, which was donated by the Qatari government last year as an âunconditional giftâ.
Harp, 35, is one of Trump's longest-serving and most loyal aides. She is reportedly trusted with typing out his Truth Social posts, among other responsibilities.
His remark went viral and prompted a fierce response from the White House, with Communications Director Steven Cheung posting on X:âJon Jackoff has to be the biggest cuck loser in politics.â
He continued: âInstead of denigrating hard working people serving their country, Jon should look deep into his soul and ask himself why he's a miserable person who hates this country. It's because he's a radical, extremist Dumocrat.â

Other MAGA allies also attacked Ossoff. White House spokesman Davis Ingle posted: âJon Ossoff is a cringeworthy, feminine theatre kid cosplaying as Barack Obama. Nobody gives a shit what this lightweight loser says.â
On Monday afternoon Trump dismissed a CNN reporter who asked him about Ossoffâs remarks, instead referring to the senator as âPee-Wee Herman,â a 1980s comedic character.

The feud escalated on Tuesday, when Ossoff called Trump âa draft-dodging, crook president who has plunged our nation recklessly into a war he knows not how to end or to win.â
On Wednesdayâs The Last Word on MS Now, host Laurence OâDonnell aired the clip and asked Ossoff about the comments.
âSenator, of all the things youâve said about Donald Trump â and there are many â this is the one that apparently bothers him and everyone at his White House the most,â OâDonnell said.
Ossoff responded: âItâs been amazing to watch this White House melt down over this all week.â
Referring to Natalie Harp and other staffers, he said: âThese White House staffers are adults, public officials paid by the taxpayer with immense power in positions of public trust. And whether itâs Natalie Harp printing out Donald Trumpâs daily dose of delusion and flattery, or Peter Navarro steering taxpayer-funded loans to Trump family investments, or Pete Hegseth deluding the president daily into deepening this quagmire in the Middle East, no one cares about their feelings.â
