“Album is DONE,” Horan, 32, captioned the post.

His post began with a casual photo of him dressed in a sweater and a pair of jeans while holding a coffee cup outdoors on a sunny day.

The Irish singer-songwriter also included content of a makeshift home studio inside of a living room, as well as a seconds-long video of him playing on a piano.

“Can’t wait,” one person commented. Another added, “Not trying to be greedy, but just giving us that snippet, is a tease.”

Horan heard the comments loud and clear, and on Thursday, Feb. 26, he shared a Reels to his Instagram Stories as a reply to a user, whose original request was: “Can we have a teaser pleasee”

In the video, a camera captured the “Story of My Life” singer sitting on a sofa alone, harmonizing as he played an acoustic guitar.

He captioned the uploaded video with just an eyes emoji.

His previous solo albums include Flicker (2017), Heartbreak Weather (2020), and The Show (2023).

Horan, who has become a staple on The Voice as a coach, along with Michael Bublé, Reba McEntire, and Snoop Dogg, announced he would be taking The Show on the road literally in 2023 by touring amid that album’s release.

"There's nothing better than watching the crowd sing back to you with all that emotion on their faces and knowing that they're attaching the song to something meaningful in their own lives," he said in a press statement at the time. "To me, that's always the greatest thing that can ever come from songwriting."

"I am beyond thrilled to announce The Show Live On Tour 2024 ! It's been far too long and I can't wait to see your beautiful faces,” he later added on Instagram while discussing his first headline run in six years.

The tour kicked off in Belfast, U.K. in February 2024 and was scheduled to run through July of that year, his post showed.

His shows extended, and about two weeks before Liam Payne’s Oct. 16, 2024 death, the English singer-songwriter attended Horan's The Show: Live on Tour concert at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires on Oct. 2.

Fan video shared by Pop Crave showed the singer clapping along to the music at his former bandmate's gig.

Payne died at age 31 soon after when he fell from the balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

One Direction — which also consisted of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson — formed when they competed on The X-Factor in 2010.

The year before Payne’s death, Horan spoke to E! News about the former band’s communication.

"We've had three or four group chats," he said in May 2023. "Some of them have been more quiet than others. This new one is definitely louder than most, and it's been great.”
