Freshly baked cookies became the highlight of Meghan Markle’s latest project. The Duchess of Sussex revealed that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet couldn’t get enough of the sweet treats while she worked on Cookie Queens. She recently shared the adorable family moment, giving fans a glimpse into her children’s excitement behind the scenes.

The royal kids found their own way to enjoy ‘Cookie Queens’

According to People, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s upcoming project as producers has made their children happy. The royal kids were reportedly enjoying cookies available throughout the production of Cookie Queens.

The actress revealed the detail about her kids during a special screening of Cookie Queens in LA. When asked whether her kids had seen the film, she said they hadn’t, but recalled how they were enjoying cookies. She said, “They love all the cookies that we’ve had throughout this process.”

Markle also shared her favorite Girl Scout cookies. She said she likes Thin Mints as “It’s such a classic.”

Earlier during her appearance on MasterChef Australia, she shared her dessert policy for kids. She said, “They eat Brussels sprouts,” and “If they say, ‘Mama, can I have dessert?’ We say, ‘If you can pick it, you can have it.'”

“You can’t pick chocolate!” Sofia Levin jokingly responded.

Markle said, “No, you can’t pick chocolate, but you can pick a nice piece of fruit. We always have a nice, as my husband would say, ‘pud.'”

During the Cookie Queens’ screening, Markle shared that the documentary was more than just treats. She also praised the younger girls in the documentary, saying they impressed her with their ambition, kindness, and curiosity.

Cookie Queens premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year and is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 7. While the documentary celebrates the tradition of Girl Scout cookie selling, Meghan Markle’s sweet revelation about Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet added a personal touch, offering fans a rare glimpse into the siblings’ excitement behind the scenes.
