Mathew Knowles teases new Destiny's Child remixes album

Destiny's Child fans are in for a treat as the famed girl group is set to release a new remix album with special features, according to the former manager Mathew Knowles.

The music executive and father of Beyoncé and Solange Knowles revealed the news during an interview on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio on July 22, ahead of the Destiny's Child tribute concert in Houston on Friday, July 24.

"We're about to market a bunch of new remixes. Some you've never heard before from Destiny’s Child," Knowles revealed to hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real. Knowles added that the new track can be expected "in the next 30 days."

Knowles also shared one of the other artists fans can expect to hear on the album.

"Now, we have some guest rappers on it," he said before revealing that one of those guests is none other than Grammy-winning rapper Missy Elliott. "There's some that are dance mixes and then there's some that are just regular urban mixes."

Destiny's Child rose to fame in the 1990s with its original members Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett. It eventually became a trio with Beyoncé, Rowland and Michelle Williams, who garnered success before going their separate ways in 2006. They have stayed close friends over the years, each achieving success in their own creative careers. However, fans have been urging them to reunite with more music or performances.

The trio recently took the stage together for the first time in years during Beyoncé's final stop in Las Vegas on her Cowboy Carter and Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour.

During the concert, fans were stunned when Williams and Rowland joined the "Cowboy Carter" creator on the stage. The three women, formerly known as Destiny's Child, performed some of their beloved throwback hits, including their 2001 anthem "Bootylicious” and their 2005 hit "Lose My Breath."
