Marvel’s VisionQuest has revealed the titles for each of its episodes. The series is set to hit Disney+ on October 13, 2026. Its episodes will drop weekly, with the finale airing on November 10.

The episode titles are references to ideas, themes, and concepts that have been linked to Ultron and Vision in the MCU. The title for the first episode, “No Strings,” is not only a reference to Pinocchio, but also to the obsession that Ultron had with the character in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Episode 2, titled “Theseus,” likely references the Ship of Theseus conundrum that Vision and White Vision discussed in WandaVision. Episodes 3 through 6 reference various computing terms that might point to what those particular episodes are looking to explore.

The titles for the final two episodes, which are going to drop individually as opposed to the rest of the season, have more abstract titles that might require further context to understand.

VisionQuest has more going on than its episode titles suggest

The final two episodes of VisionQuest have a week’s gap according to the release schedule. This makes them the only episodes that will be released by themselves. Every other episode is set to come out in a pair. Given that the first two episodes have clearly established MCU connections, it is likely that the rest of the season is going to derive a lot of context from them.

What has been confirmed, however, are the characters that fans can expect to see in the show. The story is going to focus on White Vision and Ultron, along with Thomas Shepherd, who currently has the memories of Tommy Maximoff. AIs crafted by Tony Stark, such as J.A.R.V.I.S., E.D.I.T.H., and F.R.I.D.A.Y. are all set to make appearances as humans in White Vision’s mindscape.

As Agatha All Along explored the story of William Kaplan/Billy Maximoff, VisionQuest seems focused on following Tommy Maximoff. However, the show’s main objective is likely to establish who exactly the White Vision is.

The conundrum was first posed to the android by the Vision constructed by Wanda in WandaVision. Given the various personalities that existed in the Vision’s head, which were then to make White Vision, the Android might be trying to figure out who he might be without the memories that various factions have planted in him.
