Luke Hemsworth Is Eager to Work with His 2 Brothers, but Says Chris Needs to Be Booked '2 Years in Advance'

Could Luke Hemsworth soon be working onscreen with his brothers Chris and Liam?
“I would love to do something,” Luke, 45, told E! News in a Monday, March 30 interview. The trio of Australian brothers has “talked about it a lot,” he added. “I think we all just need to find the right project.”
But Luke, who stars in mixed martial arts drama Beast (in theaters April 10), said there’s one big barrier to uniting all three Hemsworths: Thor himself. “We need to get Chris booked in about two years in advance,” quipped Luke. “He’s incredibly in demand.”

Chris, 42, has plenty of screen projects in the works, including returning as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's God of Thunder in Avengers: Doomsday (in theaters Dec. 18). Additionally, he recently led the thriller Crime 101 and is both producer and subject of the documentaries Chris Hemsworth: A Road Trip to Remember and Limitless.
Speaking to E! News, Luke made it clear he, Chris and Liam — who have each forged separate paths in Hollywood — “would love to” collaborate. “If anyone wants to write something, then please, please come and see us.”
Not that the trio has seen everything they’ve each filmed. "Either of us getting each other to watch each other's stuff is the battle that we face," he said. "We're always like, 'Have you seen that yet?' 'Oh, no, I know. I'll get to it, man, I promise.’ "

Chris and Elsa Pataky, his wife since 2010, share three children: daughter India Rose and twin boys Sasha and Tristan. The Extraction star has previously made acting a family affair, with Pataky appearing in 2024’s Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga and India Rose playing onscreen daughter opposite her father in 2022’s Thor: Love and Thunder.
The Australia-based Luke and his wife Samantha, meanwhile, tied the knot in 2007 and share four children: daughters Holly, Ella, and Harper, and son Alexandre.
They’ve “all shown some sort of interest” in acting, the Westworld star told E! News, but he keeps “trying to discourage it as much as I can… If that's what makes them happy, then great. But I also want them to get a bit more life experience."

The Tyler Atkins-directed Beast, costarring Daniel MacPherson and Russell Crowe, is in theaters April 10.
