The Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County alum turned 40 on Feb. 1, and she celebrated the occasion with a āSenior, Senior Promā themed party. In a recent Instagram post, Conrad shared a series of photos from the bash, which featured tinsel streamers, red solo cups, disco balls and even a performance from her husband, guitarist William Tell.
āThis is 40 ⨠Celebrated with three of my favorite humans @williamtell2nd @leslieannebruce @yashaaramin,ā Conrad wrote. āWe are all born a few weeks apart, so we threw ourselves a prom to celebrate together. And we had the BEST time!ā
āThank you @lastyoni for the beautiful photos, to the guys in the band for putting together an amazing show for us and to everyone who helped decorate,ā she continued before adding a disclaimer at the end: ā(And apologies to anyone I just made feel old).ā
People in the comments praised the theme, with one user writing, āNever went to my high school prom in 2005 and turning 40 next year- may have to steal this! So cuteā
āThis is giving Opalite music video vibes š¤©š©µ,ā said another, referring to the new video for the hit Taylor Swift song.

While the two were not always on good terms throughout the three seasons of the popular reality show, which ran from 2004 to 2006, they recently revealed they made up when Cavallari, 39, posted a photo on Instagram in October 2025 of the pair smiling and embracing.
āEveryone can put away their team Lauren and team Kristin shirts now,ā Cavallari wrote in the caption.

Conrad also gathered with other stars of the MTV series, such as Stephen Colletti and Dieter Schmitz, for a different milestone event in November ā the 20-year high school reunion for Laguna Beach High Schoolās Class of 2004.
She later shared photos from the gathering on her Instagram Stories, including a snap of her āLauren Tell (Conrad)ā name tag complete with a nostalgic headshot of her with her 2000s-style thin brows and highlights.
The crew is set to come together once again this year. In September, it was announced that the original Laguna Beach cast was reuniting to mark the 20th anniversary of the show, with Colletti, Lo Bosworth, Talan Torriero, Trey Phillips, Christina Schuller, Schmitz, Jessica Smith and Alex Hooser appearing on the special. Cavallari, Conrad and Coletti serve as executive producers on the show.
