*NSYNC alum Lance Bass picked two songs from his boy band that he believes deserve to receive more love from fans
One song that Bass chose is track 5 from the bandās No Strings Attached album from 2000, while the other is a holiday tune
The father of two explained his choices to PEOPLE
Lance Bass is feeling nostalgic about two underrated *NSYNC songs.
While speaking with PEOPLE in an exclusive conversation about his Bath & Body Works partnership, the 46-year-old former boy band member also highlighted *NSYNC tracks that donāt get enough love.
One song that Bass said was āoverlookedā is āIt Makes Me Ill,ā which is track 5 on the bandās No Strings Attached album from 2000.
āThat was my favorite from No Strings Attached,ā Bass explained. āI definitely fought for that to be a single, but we had other songs. We had some bangers from that album, so it was hard to pick a single.ā
ā āIt Makes Me Illā just, to this day, is my favorite non-Christmas song that weāve done,ā he continued, describing it as āgreatā and āfun.ā
Bass added that the song is particularly beloved by men.
āWell, itās funny because itās like every guy that likes *NSYNC, I can pretty much tell you 80% of the time theyāre like, āIt Makes Me Ill.ā Itās like the dudesā favorite song of ours,ā the father of two said.
His other choice for underrated *NSYNC song is a holiday track.
āOur acapella āO Holy Night,ā I think itās overlooked,ā Bass said of the song from the groupās 1998 album, Home for Christmas.

He added, āIt was my favorite recording that weāve ever done ā Iāve done. I love it because it just brings us back to how we started in 1995. Just no music, just our voices, and thatās how we started. That one, I just love.ā
