Kylie Kelce shared she plans to have a breast enhancement after nursing her four children with husband Jason Kelce
She shared her plans during a Galentine’s Day podcast episode with her college friends and bridesmaids
Kylie previously discussed her body changes post-kids, humorously recalling her pre-motherhood membership in the "itty bitty titty committee"
Kylie Kelce continues to keep it real.
The 33-year-old mother of four announced on the Thursday, Feb. 12, episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast that she plans to one day get a boob job when she’s officially done having kids with her husband, Jason Kelce.
She noted that after welcoming and nursing daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 10 months, she fully plans to eventually get breast enhancement surgery.
“To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because four kids. That's all I have to say about that,” she quipped.

In the special Galentine’s Day episode, Kylie brought on her college pals, bridesmaids and longtime besties, Amber and Gab. During the episode, the ladies watched a clip of a woman doing a new breast reveal after getting her boobs done.
“They're having a party where she then reveals — really, my plan is we were gonna end up doing this,” Kylie admitted to her friends. “I already know that. I wanna be clear, you were in whether you wanted to be in or not.”
Kylie even had a plan for getting her friends involved, teasing, “I was gonna bait you with snacks. And then just be like, hey, have you seen these?”

This isn’t the first time Kylie has brought up her boobs on the podcast. Back in October 2025, she explained why she solely wears sports bras.
“Prior to children, I was part of the itty bitty titty committee. Some would say I was the president,” she joked at the time.

She added, “I was told in sixth grade that I was so flat, I was jealous of the wall, so there’s that.”
“It got to a point where when I put on a regular bra and raised my arms, I actually had nothing to sit in the cup to keep the bra down,” Kylie quipped.
And while Kylie currently believes she’s done having kids, she hasn’t entirely ruled out expanding her family just yet.
“I never want to say no because then I feel like the universe is gonna hear me. And then I'm gonna sneeze and get pregnant,” she quipped.
The former hockey player and her retired NFL star husband's youngest daughter, Finn, will celebrate her 1st birthday on March 30.
