Impractical Jokers star Sal Vulcano is getting the shock of a lifetime in a new episode of the hidden camera series that sees him surprised by a recreation of his childhood bedroom, and a visit from his childhood crush: Alyssa Milano.
A clip of the show shared exclusively with PEOPLE shows James “Murr” Murray and Brian “Q” Quinn giving Vulcano his own 1980s-style sitcom — complete with a full recreation of his childhood bedroom.
The clip shows Sal shocked at the accuracy — and even more surprised when a knock at the door sees him coming face-to-face with his childhood crush, Milano, 53.

Naturally, Murr and Q then do all they can to embarrass Sal, including reading handwritten letters he wrote to teen magazines that his mother has kept in storage for decades.
While he looks through the handwritten notes, Sal admits, “I wrote this when I was only 12.”
When he gets a knock on the door, he’s shocked to see Milano on the other side, with his co-hosts acknowledging, “This is your dream come true.”

Milano is then confronted with Sal’s childhood bedroom, including several photos of her taped to the walls.
“So they’re like a shrine or like, evidence?” the Charmed actress asks.
“I can’t believe you’re standing in front of me right now,” Sal responds with a laugh.
As he covers his face, Milano then says, “I can’t tell if you’re crying or laughing.”
“And I heard you wrote me some letters,” Milano says, before his co-hosts implore him to read them to her out loud.
Milano was the teen crush of many in the 1980s when she rose to fame playing Samantha Micelli on the hit sitcom Who’s the Boss? starting in 1984. In her teenage years, she also launched a pop singing career in Japan, starred in a 1988 workout video called Teen Steam and was a fixture on the cover of teen magazines.
The episode, titled “Celebrity Crushed,” premieres Thursday, Aug. 6 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on TBS.
