Demi Moore celebrated her birthday with the most special present from her granddaughter.
On Tuesday, Nov. 11, The Substance star shared a sweet video on her Instagram of FaceTiming with her 2-year-old granddaughter, Louetta, as the toddler adorably sings her happy birthday.
In the heartwarming clip, Louetta, whom Moore's daughter Rumer Willis shares with her ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, wishes her "Yaya" a happy birthday, singing over the phone while Moore holds up her iPad while riding in a car with her little dog Pilaf on her lap.
"Aw, thank you! What good singing. I love you!" Moore says to Louetta before the two blow kisses to each other.
"See you later, alligator!" Louetta adorably says to Moore, who then repeats it back. "After a while, crocodile," Louetta follows up, and Moore starts to laugh.

"The sweetest birthday present from my little Lou! Thank you for all of the birthday wishes. ♥️🎂," Moore captioned the heartwarming video.
Speaking with PEOPLE in May, Willis opened up about the relationship her daughter Louetta has with grandpa Bruce Willis and her yaya, Moore.
"My mom, she's Yaya to Lou. She's the one who brought in the contraband of Moana and Disney because I was like, 'We don't watch TV in this house. We don't ever. Not until she's 5.' And then I went over and Moana was on. I was like, 'Come on!' " she told PEOPLE. "But they love each other. I mean, you should see her face light up when they're on FaceTime when we're away."
"She just gets so excited and it's sweet, and my mom is so incredible with babies. She always has been, and so it's such a delight to see them together," she continued. "They're so silly and wonderful."

Since becoming a mother to Louetta in April 2023, Rumer told PEOPLE that her appreciation for her own mother has deepened.
"My appreciation for my mom, has always been there, but I think inherently [and] inevitably, it has to just deepen. And I also think the way that you love your child just reminds you, 'Oh wow, my mom, that's how she loves me,' " she said, referring to her relationship with Moore. "I think it's just made us so much closer."
"Watching Louetta get hurt, whether she's sick or going through an emotional, is one of the most excruciating things," she added, saying motherhood has made her look back at the times in her own life where she's been hurting and imagine how her mother felt watching her go through it. "I just have such appreciation and deep love, and I think it's made us so much closer in a way that's been so beautiful."
