Barbara Palvin hints at pregnancy with Dylan Sprouse at Cannes

Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse might be adding a new member to their family!

The 32-year-old Victoria's Secret model and 33-year-old "Suite Life of Zack and Cody" alum arrived at the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival with, seemingly, a secret they wanted to share. As the two made their way past flashing cameras for the "Parallel Tales (Histoires parallèles)" premiere, they caressed Palvin's belly, covered in a Cinderella blue flowy gown.

The couple later took to Instagram to share a photo of themselves in their red carpet glam, with a second image seemingly showing a fetus making a "rock on" hand sign in a sonogram. In a third photo, the couple makes matching hand signs with Palvin's blue dress as a backdrop.

USA TODAY has reached out to the couple's reps for comment.

Sprouse's "Suite Life" costar Ashley Tisdale French, reacted to the apparent pregnancy announcement by commenting, "Omg! I’m gonna cry."

The couple's news comes nine months after Palvin revealed in an Instagram post that she had undergone surgery to treat her endometriosis, a condition in which tissue that resembles cells found in the lining of a uterus grows outside of the organ. For Palvin, the chronic disease resulted in periods that came with "fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow," she wrote.

She also wrote that she'd taken three months "to rest and fully heal" following the procedure.

The cause for endometriosis is still unknown, and there is no cure. It also often impacts fertility. An approximated 10% of people with uteruses worldwide who are of reproductive age live with endometriosis, according to the World Health Organization.

Sprouse and Palvin met in 2017 and were engaged in September 2022. They married in Hungary in July 2023, exchanging their vows in the church where Palvin's parents were married three decades prior.

Sprouse has advocated with endometriosis awareness since Palvin's diagnosis, wearing a yellow ribbon pinned to his suit in honor of the cause as he watched her walk during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in October.
